Reshape started in Cleveland Heights with a simple observation: the best local businesses weren't losing because of their work. They were losing because of their follow-up.
Alex spent years building marketing and CRM systems for real estate agents, loan officers, and contractors — and kept seeing the same thing. Five vendors. No one accountable. The owner stuck as the glue.
So we built one partner that does it all: the CRM, the ads, the content, and the AI that ties it together. Then we built an internal AI operating system — 11 agents, 100+ custom skills — to run our own agency. Everything we sell, we use first.
