Multiple Lead Funnels in GoHighLevel: Mapping Six Audiences for One Real Estate Agent
By Alex Regueiro · October 25, 2026 · 5 min read
One agent we work with had six different groups of people to reach and no funnel, workflow or sending domain built for any of them. None of them could be followed up in a system, because the system did not exist yet.

This is a residential real estate agent in Northeast Ohio running several lead sources at once. If you are one of the real estate agents and teams that has outgrown a single contact list, the mapping below shows how we separate audiences before we build anything.
The situation
The agent's business did not come from one place. It came from six: a lender's contact database, an education program, quiz leads that arrive through a partner, invitations to a course, industry events, and a local networking group.
Each group is a different set of people with a different reason to hear from the agent. A quiz follow-up and an event invitation should not read alike, and they should not share one list.
What was broken
None of the six had a funnel, a workflow or a sending domain in the CRM. That left two kinds of gap.
The first was technical. A funnel cannot go live until its domain is pointed at GoHighLevel hosting. The second was content. We could not start building until the agent supplied the copy and specifications for each audience, and that was named as the main blocker for the whole project.
There was a smaller gap too. The partner's quiz leads needed a way to book a call, and without a booking link attached to that pipeline they had nowhere to go after the quiz.
What we mapped
On the call we laid out all six funnels, each with its own workflow and its own sending domain. The build order came from what each one depends on.
- Host every funnel in GoHighLevel. That is what makes the form integrations work, so a submitted form lands in the CRM without a manual step.
- Point each domain at GoHighLevel hosting. This is a prerequisite for every funnel, so it goes first and the agent owns it.
- Attach a booking calendar to the partner's quiz pipeline. The link comes from Calendly, so the partner needs a Calendly account before the link can be attached.
- Send the new sending-domain details right after the call, so we can connect them and start building sequences.
- Collect build-out information for all six funnels from the agent, because the sequences cannot be written without it.
What changed
Nothing was live at the end of this call, and no lead or conversion number was reported. The change was in clarity.
Before, six audiences sat in different places with no structure behind them. After, each one has a named funnel, a workflow, a sending domain and a list of what it is waiting on. The hidden blocker was also out in the open: the build was waiting on two tasks on the agent's side: pointing the domains and writing down what each audience should receive.
Before you build your second funnel
These questions are advice for your own account.
- Who is this audience, and why would they hear from you?
- Which domain will the funnel and its emails use, and is it pointed at your CRM's hosting?
- How does a person book once they raise a hand?
- Who owns the content, and by when?
Frequently asked questions
Why host every funnel in GoHighLevel?
Hosting the funnels inside GoHighLevel is what makes the form integrations work. A form submitted on a hosted page can drop straight into the CRM and start a workflow, with no copying from another tool.
What has to happen before a funnel can go live?
The domain has to be pointed at GoHighLevel hosting, and the client has to supply the content and specifications. In this project those two items stood between the plan and the first live funnel.
How does a quiz lead book a call?
A booking calendar link is attached to that pipeline so a quiz lead can pick a time. In this case the link comes from Calendly, which meant the partner needed a Calendly account set up first.
Why map all six funnels before building any of them?
Mapping showed which prerequisites every funnel shares, such as domain pointing and client content. It also showed what was blocking the whole project, so the first tasks went to the right owners.
