Reusable Claude Skills for Real Estate Brokers: Pro Formas and Listing Pages on Demand

By Alex Regueiro · October 25, 2026 · 5 min read

A real estate broker was answering the same kind of request for large parts of every day: send me the info on this property. Every pro forma, the projected income and expense summary for a property, was also built by hand.

The broker owns the brokerage and already ran a Claude command center. The next question was how to stop repeating work Claude had already done once. We answered it with saved skills, a pro forma generator and an automated listing page. This is a build story with no results reported yet, and we say so below. If you run a brokerage, our page for real estate agents and brokers covers the wider approach.

The situation

Two jobs ate the broker's day. One was answering requests for more information on a property. The other was building a pro forma from scratch each time someone needed one. Both are repetitive, and repetition is what a broker with a full call schedule can least afford.

What was leaking

The first leak was time. Each info request got a fresh manual answer, and each pro forma started from a blank sheet.

The second leak was quieter. When Claude has to work out a recurring task from scratch every session, it spends more tokens doing so. A task that has been done well once should be saved and reused.

What we built

We built four pieces, each aimed at work the broker had been repeating.

  • A monthly scheduled task that sweeps the last 90 days of chats, emails and call transcripts and creates reusable skills from the repeated work it finds. A saved skill means Claude does not reason the task out again each time, which also cuts token use.
  • A reusable pro forma generator skill, so a pro forma starts from a saved method instead of a blank sheet.
  • A master prompt for an automated landing page generator. When a new listing reaches the command center, it is designed to pull the listing data and publish a page to the broker's website.
  • Property ads switched to use the exact photos from each listing.

What changed

No outcome has been reported yet, so we will not invent one. We cannot tell you how many hours came back or how many info requests the generated pages replaced.

In system terms, three things are different. Repeated work now has a place to be saved and reused. Pro formas come from a generator instead of from scratch. A new listing is set up to become a published page without the broker building it. A working session to launch the ads was booked as the next step.

How to find a skill worth saving

This section is advice for your own account, not a fact about this client.

  • Look back through your recent chats and email for tasks you have asked for more than once.
  • Save the ones where the steps stay the same and only the inputs change. A pro forma is a good example.
  • Review the saved list on a schedule. A monthly sweep keeps the library current instead of letting it go stale.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Claude skill?

A skill is a saved set of instructions for a recurring task, so Claude can repeat it without being walked through the steps again. In this build, the pro forma generator is one skill, and the monthly sweep creates new ones from recent work.

How does a monthly sweep find work worth saving?

A scheduled task reads the last 90 days of the broker's chats, emails and call transcripts and creates reusable skills from the repeated work it finds. The 90-day window keeps the review current without reading everything ever written.

Can Claude build a listing page automatically?

That was the design here. A master prompt tells Claude how to build a page from listing data and publish it to the website when a new listing reaches the command center. No results had been reported when we wrote this, so test it on one listing first.

Why switch property ads to the exact listing photos?

Property ads were switched to the exact photos from each listing. We have no result to report from it, so we cannot claim it lifted anything. Matching the ad image to the listing is a sensible default for any property ad.

If you answer the same property requests all week, book a 30-minute AI follow-up and reporting audit. We look at your last month of repeat work and show you which parts are worth saving as skills.
