Slack, Gmail and CRM Dashboard for Real Estate Agents: Finding a 26-Day-Old Overdue Item
By Alex Regueiro · October 25, 2026 · 5 min read
Overdue replies and tasks were spread across Slack, Gmail and the CRM with no single view, and a 26-day-old item turned up the moment one dashboard pulled the three together.

The client is a residential and commercial real estate agent and team lead in the Midwest. We built one command center in Claude that reads all three tools, and launched a listing outreach channel alongside it. This is for real estate agents and teams whose work lives in more than one inbox.
The situation
The agent and team ran the business across Slack, Gmail and GoHighLevel. Each tool held part of the picture. A reply owed to someone could sit in an email thread, a task could sit in the CRM, and a promise could sit in a Slack message.
Two other problems sat next to it. In GoHighLevel, 130 buyer leads were waiting. And the listings were not being marketed to other agents at all.
What was broken
The first problem was visibility. When three tools each hold a slice of the work, the only way to see everything is to check all three, and the check that gets skipped is the one that matters.
The second was ownership. The 130 buyer leads sitting in GoHighLevel needed a daily calling workflow assigned to a person. The third was a missed channel: other agents can bring buyers, and the listings were not being marketed to them.
What we built
We built the dashboard first and then used it to organize the rest.
- A unified command center in Claude connected to Slack, Gmail and GoHighLevel, so overdue replies and tasks show up in one place.
- Agent-outreach emails launched for two listings. The plan was to expand to 30 to 50 or more agents per listing and add two more listings.
- A daily lead-calling workflow from GoHighLevel, assigned to the follow-up rep, with instructions sent by email.
- Casual selfie-style walkthrough videos for listings, with the rep as the main talker.
- Two open items: a reply channel for agents who respond to the outreach still had to be decided, and the remaining portals still had to be connected.
What changed
The dashboard did its first job right away. It surfaced a 26-day-old overdue item that the separate tools had not brought to the surface.
We have no results for the outreach, the calling routine or the videos. They had only just started, and we are not going to suggest otherwise. The change is structural: overdue work now has one place to appear, buyer leads have a daily calling workflow assigned to a person, and listings are being marketed to other agents.

This section is advice for your own account, not a fact about this client.
List every overdue reply and task you can find across your email, chat and CRM, and note how old the oldest one is. Count the leads in your CRM that have no assigned daily call. Then ask who is marketing your listings to other agents. If the answer to any of these is nobody, you have found your first project.
Frequently asked questions
Can Claude connect Slack, Gmail and a CRM into one dashboard?
Yes. In this build a Claude command center was connected to Slack, Gmail and GoHighLevel, with remaining portals still to be connected. The point is one view of every overdue reply and task, not another inbox to check.
What did the dashboard find first?
It surfaced an overdue item that was 26 days old, right away. Separately, 130 buyer leads were sitting in GoHighLevel, and we assigned a daily lead-calling workflow from GoHighLevel to the follow-up rep, with instructions sent by email.
What is agent-to-agent listing outreach?
It is marketing a listing directly to other agents by email, since they may have buyers. The first emails went out for two listings, and the plan was to expand to 30 to 50 or more agents per listing and add two more listings.
Why use selfie-style walkthrough videos for listings?
They are casual, and the plan was for the follow-up rep to be the main talker. We had no results from the videos when we wrote this, so treat them as a test, not a proven format.
